Dr. Taweesin Visanuyothin, the spokesperson of the Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA), has advised the public not to wear a face mask when doing hard exercises, because they will not get enough oxygen and it can be dangerous. Instead of running and jogging, he recommends exercising by walking for 30 minutes, while wearing the mask, and maintaining the proper distance from one another.
