The spokesperson of the Automotive Industry Club has revealed that sales of automobiles in September this year were a good sign for the economy, as they rose from the previous month. In September, the total number of cars sold in Thailand was 77,433 cars, which is 12.41% more than in August, because of the Government's relaxed measures, the introduction of new car models, and the Motor Show event. They expect that automotive production this year will reach 1.4 million and that domestic and international sales will each come to 700,000 cars.
